Yes! We provide treats and small reusable bowls to feed the animals. Staff will show you the best way to offer treats to the different species. For pony rides / cart rides, we ask that treats be given only after all rides are complete since the boys know they have a job to do first.

Yes, for every child's protection we do require riders to wear a riding helmet when on the ponies.  We provide routinely sanitized helmets in a variety of sizes.

We do also highly recommend that participants wear closed-toe shoes because even small pony hooves can hurt if your toes end up underneath them.

1. Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather: If heavy rain, severe storms, or other extreme weather conditions are forecasted within 24 hours of your scheduled event, you may choose to cancel or reschedule your booking based upon availability. If you choose to cancel, it must be done prior to 6 hours from the start of your event before we would begin preparing and loading the animals.

Rescheduling Options: If you decide to cancel the original date due to weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your event at a mutually convenient date and time, subject to availability. If you choose to reschedule, it must be done prior to 6 hours from the start of your event before we would begin preparing and loading the animals.

3. Day-of Weather Conditions: If light rain occurs on the day of your event but does not pose a safety risk to our animals or guests, the event will proceed as planned. In such cases, we recommend preparing for wet conditions, including appropriate attire for guests.
